Pink Hibiscus and Raindrops Poem

By Pamela Storch

Pink hibiscus in the rain,

A vibrant floral scene,

A flower like a painting,

Luscious leaves of vivid green,

With raindrops on the petals,

Like a whisper from on high,

A soft caress of angels,

Diamond droplet tears they cry,

Hibiscus flower, mother's love,

The universe is vast,

The flower petals open,

To embrace its painful past,

For what was raised in dirt and toil,

Breaks through and paves the way,

Exuding flower beauty,

Pink hibiscus, brand-new day.

“Pink Hibiscus and Raindrops” is a heartfelt poem by Pamela Storch that reflects on beauty, resilience, and renewal. Through vivid floral imagery and spiritual symbolism, the poem explores how nature — and we — transform past pain into radiant new beginnings.
