On a boat on journeys new,

Upon the Arctic sea,

Gliding over waters blue,

As far as one can see,

The vastness of the Nordic fjords,

And Arctic islands green,

With hillsides in the distance,

Stunning cloudscapes in between,

The rolling waters clear and free,

The sea mist strong like snow,

The ocean not quite frozen now,

But chilled from weeks ago,

A landscape like no other,

Archipelago surreal,

For on the fjords in Norway,

It is there the heart can heal.
