Musings on the River Poem
By Pamela Storch
Musings on the river,
Meditations on the shore,
An English tranquil sky-scape,
By a peaceful rolling moor,
With boats atop the water,
Gently floating on the scene,
Idyllic trees and shrubbery,
Beyond a willow green,
And as the clouds come rolling by,
On canvas baby blue,
The painted clouds of fluffy white,
Shine golden sunlight through,
A breeze throughout the landscape,
Soft as angel-whispers near,
Allow the still small voice within,
And hear the guidance clear.
Pamela Storch’s Musings on the River invites readers into a serene English landscape—complete with softly rolling moors, willow trees, golden sunlight, and a river gently flowing past. A tranquil blend of poetry and reflection, the piece evokes a sense of spiritual connection through nature. As the breeze whispers like angels, and boats drift peacefully under a painted sky, the poem calls us inward—to connect with the still small voice within and discover clarity in quiet presence.
