Beyond the Ponds and Lily Pads Artwork

“Beyond the Ponds and Lily Pads” is a tranquil and reflective artwork by Pamela Storch, inspired by still waters, floating lily pads, and a glowing sky that gently shifts between seasons. The composition invites the viewer into a peaceful moment where nature becomes a doorway to deeper thought, memory, and timeless awareness.

Soft reflections, layered greens, and a warming sky of gold create a sense of quiet balance between earth and sky. The artwork captures a feeling of pause — a space where the visible world meets the unseen, and where meaning gently unfolds beyond the surface of the water.

This artwork is paired with the poem “Beyond the Ponds and Lily Pads” by Pamela Storch, forming a visual and poetic meditation on time, change, and the mystery that connects sky, earth, and human understanding. Together, the artwork and poem explore themes of reflection, forgotten stories, and the dreamlike nature of life itself.

Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, meditation spaces, and contemplative environments, “Beyond the Ponds and Lily Pads” brings calm, introspection, and poetic beauty into any space. It resonates deeply with those drawn to nature-inspired art, spiritual reflection, and artwork that tells a quiet, timeless story.

Beyond the Pond and Lily Pads Poem by Pamela Storch

Beyond the ponds and lily pads,
A warming sky of gold,
The twinkle of the coming moon,
That sets the sparkling sky,

Betwixt the seasons gone and past,
A story never told,
Of how what is forgotten,
Shows the reason and the why,

For numbered are the days to come,
When understand the way,
The timeless seeks to set aside,
The moon and sun beyond,

For how is it that skies can end,
And earth can change its form,
If life is simply but a dream,
Who carries now the wand?
