Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that all bookings are non-refundable. No reimbursement can be made for cancelled bookings, so please take this into account before you book. A one time rescheduling is possible to accommodate for any unforeseen circumstances, if done at least 24 hours in advance of the booking time. Please note that cancellations less than 24 hours before the time of booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled. In the event that we need to cancel a booking, we will offer 2 opportunities for you to reschedule at a time that is most convenient.
