When The North Star Comes Rising Poem

​

When the North star comes rising beyond what is night, 
Through the tolls and the tales of the bay, 

Beyond the dark river a new song awaits, 
As the true love eternal today, 

Once more you will sing with your heart and your soul, 
Together in oneness and love, 

Once more will the truth sing it’s eloquent song, 
As the true light rings out from above, 

When the North star comes rising the kings are no more, 
And the statesmen dig holes in the sand, 

For the truth will abound and the people are free, 
To live joyfully on their own land, 

When the North star comes rising the people awake,
To the gifts and the greatness they are, 

No more will the lightning or heaven forsake, 
The reality of the great star, 

When the North star comes rising amass will the love, 
For in joy we will sing a new song, 

We will hold out our hands and sing sovereign as one, 
For together we’re sovereign and strong.
